The challenge

ClearOne wanted to digitize their operations quickly. But as a small business, they didn’t have a huge marketing budget to work with, or the in-house resource or skillset to do it themselves.

They needed the capabilities of an established digital marketing agency to help them move forward.  They felt the current website and social media presence wasn’t working hard enough, and their team needed a more robust collection of online presence to help convert prospective leads into customers.

Our Objectives

  • To increase brand awareness and attract target audiences through search engines and social media platforms

  • To find new users in the market, target them and pair exquisite messaging with images to spur their interest.

  • To get more people in their database that would become more active with ongoing marketing efforts.

Our Stretegy

1.  Social Media Marketing Campaigns

Their social media pages and company listings were out of date and in need of a more professional appearance as well as some updated language in the descriptions. Because ClearOne wanted to be more aggressive with their growth, we looked at the possibilities and determined that investing in paid ads would be the most practical.

We ran three campaigns for their two brand items, Chat 50 and Chat 150. Two of the efforts were designed to drive traffic, while the Chat 150 campaign was designed to raise brand recognition.

Our social media initiatives were effective in raising awareness and connecting people from their target markets of the United States, Germany, and India.

2. Search Engine Optimisation and Google Ads

The following phase in the trip was to begin advertising and increasing traffic to the website in order to raise brand awareness in the marketplace. After considering our options and other factors, we opted to promote through Google Ads.

Google campaigns were set up to drive traffic for queries. Display campaigns were used to supplement these advertisements.

Project Result

  1. In just three months, we achieved the following outcomes through the use of traffic, conversion, retargeting, and lead generation initiatives.

    Reach went up by 58.6%.
    From 0.208% to 0.221%, CTR increased.
    Impression rate for paid advertisements rose by 44.5%.

     

     

  2. From May to July 2021, Moose Devs has a three-month window during which to

    Enhance direct traffic by 39.37%
    7.17% more visits from organic sources
    Reduced bounce rate and longer average page duration
    enhanced traffic volume overall at all three locations

 

At Moose Devs, we firmly think that regular management, persistent monitoring, and being up to date with trends are essential to achieving the best results from PPC campaigns. A good PPC campaign also requires other elements including administration of bids and budgets, optimisation of landing pages and ad copy, and keyword research.

Overall Outcome :

The client’s digital marketing programme has been expanded, and product landing pages have been launched, due to the results being sufficiently compelling. Another unstated advantage is that ClearOne was able to establish a strong foundation of remarketing lists in its digital advertising accounts, which will be beneficial to their company going forward.
